Outdoor Living Space
Location: Old Louisville, Ky
For phase one of this residential project, we installed a tiered retaining wall system and 300 square feet of pavers. The site presented some challenges, with limited equipment access and not much space for materials. Additionally, the project required approval from Louisville’s Landmark Commission, which we successfully navigated to ensure everything was in line with local regulations. Despite these obstacles, we were able to complete the job efficiently and deliver quality results.
Phase two, which will begin in the summer of 2025, will involve landscaping in the lower tiers of the wall and the installation of about 800 square feet of artificial turf.
The total cost for phase one was $28,000, and phase two is estimated at $15,000.
This is a repeat client we’ve worked with before, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with them on this and future projects.
