Outdoor Living Space with Pavilion, Patio, and Privacy Landscaping
This client came to us wanting an outdoor living space but wasn’t exactly sure what it should look like. What they did know was that their existing patio, installed the year before by another contractor, was already failing—and they wanted it replaced with something built the right way.
We started by discussing how they planned to use the space and worked backward from there. Once we had a clear understanding of their needs, we developed a design that the client was excited about and moved into construction.
The scope included removing the old patio, building a new pavilion, installing a paver patio, adding a couple of stone steps, and mounting a railing along the back porch. We also added landscaping along the right side of the structure to give the area some privacy and visual interest.
The clients were thrilled with the outcome and shared that it was the best experience they’ve ever had with a contractor. They already plan to have us back in the future to install additional landscaping.
